01 : You must be a capricorn fan. You don't need to be one, you could have a friend or significant other, or even be a fan of a movie star who's a capricorn.
02 : Your name, e-mail and country are required to join.
03 : You can give me any name, as long as it sounds like a real name. No xXcapricorn_gurlXx, no matter how cool you think it is.
04 : Please give me a country. If you're uncomfortable, make one up. I'll never know. ;) But I need a country to list you.
05 : If you have a site, you must have a link back to me at all times. It doesn't have to be a code, text links work just as well. I'm linking to you, after all, so it's only fair. :)
06 : If there is any offensive material on your site, don't give me the url. That means porn, anti-anything, etc.
